HORN

Service repair no - 86.30.10

Remove

Horn – Service repair no - 86.30.10
  1. Disconnect horn multiplug.
  2. Remove bolt securing horn to valance.
  3. Remove horn.

Refit

  1. Position horn to valance fit bolt and tighten to 8 Nm.
  2. Connect multiplug.

DIRECTION INDICATOR

Service repair no - 86.40.42

Remove

Direction indicator – Service repair no - 86.40.42
  1. Using a slim, flat bladed screwdriver, release direction indicator retaining tab from bumper valance.

CAUTION: Protect area of bumper valance around direction indicator.

CAUTION: DO NOT apply excessive force on retaining tab when levering out direction indicator.

  1. Disconnect multiplug from direction indicator, remove direction indicator. Do not carry out further dismantling if component is removed for access only.
  2. Rotate bulb holder to release from direction indicator lens, remove bulb holder.
  3. Align bulb holder to direction indicator and rotate to lock.

Refit

  1. Position direction indicator, connect multiplug.
  2. Secure direction indicator to bumper valance.
