HORN

Service repair no - 86.30.10

Remove

Horn – Service repair no - 86.30.10
  1. Disconnect horn multiplug.
  2. Remove bolt securing horn to valance.
  3. Remove horn.

Refit

  1. Position horn to valance fit bolt and tighten to 8 Nm.
  2. Connect multiplug.

HEADLAMP ASSEMBLY

Service repair no - 86.40.49

Remove

  1. Remove front bumper valance. See BODY, Exterior fittings.
Headlamp assembly – Remove front bumper valance. See BODY, Exterior fittings.
  1. Remove 4 bolts securing headlamp assembly to front panel and release headlamp assembly.
Headlamp assembly – Remove 4 bolts securing headlamp assembly to front panel and release headlamp assembly.
  1. Disconnect headlamp multiplug and remove headlamp assembly.
  2. Remove both headlamp bulb covers.
