4. Disconnect multiplug from radiator cooling fan.
5. Loosen clip securing radiator top hose to coolant outlet elbow.
6. Remove radiator top hose.
7. Disconnect multiplug from coolant temperature sensor.

8. Remove 2 nuts securing bottom of cooling fan housing to radiator.
9. Remove nut securing air conditioning pipe to cooling fan housing.
10. Release air conditioning pipe from cooling fan housing.
11. Remove 2 nuts securing cooling fan housing to radiator.
12. Release cooling fan housing from studs on radiator.
13. Manoeuvre cooling fan housing around air conditioning pipe and remove from vehicle.
