SUN ROOF GLASS

Service repair no - 76.82.05

Remove

Sun roof glass – Service repair no - 76.82.05
  1. Slide back the sunshade.
  2. Remove 6 screws, and remove the glass.

Refit

  1. Fit glass to sun roof and align to brackets.

NOTE: Apply thread locking fluid to the screws.

  1. Fit but do not tighten screws securing glass to sun roof.
  2. Adjust height of glass. See this section.

Remove

Sunroof relay – Service repair no - 76.82.43
  1. Remove lens from rear interior lamp.
  2. Remove 2 screws securing lamp.
  3. Release lamp from headlining, disconnect multiplug and remove lamp.
