SUN ROOF MOTOR

Service repair no - 76.82.53

Remove

  1. Remove headlining. See REPAIR MANUAL - Body.
Sun roof motor – Remove headlining. See REPAIR MANUAL - Body.
  1. Disconnect harness from sun roof motor multiplug and release motor multiplug from bracket.
  2. Remove 3 Torx screws securing motor.
  3. Remove motor.

Refit

Sun roof motor – Remove motor.
  1. Check cables are timed correctly.
  2. Check motor is timed correctly.
Sun roof motor – Check motor is timed correctly.
  1. Adjust if necessary using a flat bladed screwdriver.
  2. Check motor is timed correctly.
  3. Fit motor and tighten screws to 4 Nm.
  4. Fit motor multiplug to bracket and connect harness.
  5. Fit headlining. See REPAIR MANUAL - Body.
