Sun roof sunshade

SUN ROOF SUNSHADE

Service repair no - 76.82.03

Remove

1. Remove sun roof glass. See this section.

2. Remove 2 Torx screws and remove sun roof drain channel.

3. Depress sunshade plungers and remove sunshade.

Refit

1. Clean remains of old lubricant from sunshade guide channel.
2. Apply Isoflex L32 grease to lubricate sunshade channels and plungers.
3. Fit sunshade to forward edge of sunroof, depress plungers and slide shade into positon.
4. Ensure the 4 rubber pads and 2 felt strips are fitted to drain channel.
5. Fit drain channel and tighten torx screws to 2.5 Nm.
6. Fit sun roof glass. See this section.
