Sunroof glass height adjustment – Service repair no - 76.82.04
  1. The roof panel should be even with the glass weatherstrip, to within 1 ± 0.5 mm all the way round.

Adjustment

  1. Slide back the sunshade.

  1. Loosen 3 screws and adjust the glass.
  2. Repeat on opposite side if necessary.

NOTE: Apply liquid thread lock to the screws

  1. Tighten screws to 5 Nm.
  2. Side-to-side fit of glass weatherstrip can be adjusted by loosening the frame bolts and moving the frame left or right.
