EVAPORATIVE EMISSION CANISTER PURGE VALVE

Service repair no - 17.15.39

Remove

  1. Remove evaporative emission canister. See this section.
Evaporative emission canister purge valve – Remove evaporative emission canister. See this section.
  1. Release clips securing purge valve and discard ’O’ ring.

Refit

  1. Fit ’O’ ring and secure purge valve to emission canister.
  2. Fit evaporative emission canister. See this section.

EGR SOLENOID VALVE - DIESEL

Service repair no - 17.45.04

Remove

Egr solenoid valve - diesel – Service repair no - 17.45.04
  1. Disconnect multiplug from EGR solenoid valve.
  2. Noting their fitted positions, disconnect 2 vacuum hoses from solenoid valve.
  3. Remove 2 bolts securing solenoid valve to mounting bracket.

Refit

  1. Position solenoid valve and tighten retaining bolts.
  2. Identify and connect vacuum hoses.
  3. Connect multiplug to solenoid valve.
