Buttons are integrated in the steering wheel in order to make the radio, telephone and CD changer systems easier to use.
The electronics incorporated in the steering wheel processes signals from the controls and transmits these to the radio system.
The key blocks may be replaced.
Fault finding is done using the → Vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system VAS 5051.
