  1. Remove the protective rubber.
  2. Slacken the two check rod fastening screws.

  1. Remove the check rod from the inner side of the door.

When refitting, reverse the procedure followed for removal, observing the following:

  • Before refitting the door check rod, treat the area on which it rests with Primer.
  • If the glue of the opaline is no longer able to warrant perfect adhesion, change it.

REMOVAL/REFITTING

  • Remove the door panel (see specific paragraph)
  1. Completely remove the opaline from the door taking care not to damage it.

  1. Slacken the two screws and remove the corner frame of the rear door, if necessary with the help of tool 1.823.014.000.

  1. Remove the inner glass moulding.
