0PRELIMINARY CHECKSAll OKProblems encounteredOperation

First, check:

  • the condition of the air intake circuit
  • for fuel leaks in the low pressure circuit
  • for the presence of water in the diesel
Move on to Step 1

1. Air intake circuit faulty, drainage pipe blocked/distorted

2. Leaks from the low pressure circuit

3. Traces of water in the diesel

1. Replace the exhaust pipe

2. Restore the correct seal.

3. Replace diesel in the tank

1CHECK USING DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENTAll OKProblems encounteredOperation

Connect the diagnostic equipment (Examiner or other instruments) to the diagnostic socket.

Check:

  • no faults in the engine management control unit;
  • no errors on the CAN line between the engine management control unit and the ABS control unit.
  • parameter plausibility
Move on to Step 2Presence of errorsContinue following the instructions on the diagnostic equipment
2CLUTCH SWITCH CHECKAll OKProblems encounteredOperation
Using the Examiner check that the clutch switch is working properly by connecting to the engine management control unitMove on to Step 3

1. Switch not correctly adjusted
