REPAIRS

25. Remove 2 bolts securing sub-frame to cross 

member and 6 bolts securing sub-frame to 
body.  Discard bolts.

26. With assistance, lower and remove sub-frame 

assembly.

27. Note orientation, remove banjo bolts securing 

fluid feed and return hoses to PAS rack and 
discard sealing washers.

CAUTION: Before disconnecting or 
removing components, ensure the 
immediate area around joint faces and 
connections are clean. Plug open 
connections to prevent contamination.

28. Release 5 clips securing engine mounting 

vacuum hose to PAS rack.
