  1. Remove 4 screws securing control unit to fascia.
  2. Release control unit from fascia.
  3. Remove screw securing cable clamp to control unit and collect clamp.
  4. Release cable from control unit.
Release cable from control unit.
  1. Remove clip securing cable outer to heater valve.
  2. Release cable from valve and remove cable.

Refit

  1. Engage cable to heater valve.
  2. Engage cable to control unit and secure cable clamp.
  3. Turn heater control to ’COLD’ and heater valve lever fully clockwise.
  4. Secure outer cable to valve with clip.
  5. Position control unit to fascia and secure with screws.
  6. Position alarm ECU to heater control unit, fit and tighten nuts to 4 Nm.
  7. Fit front console. See BODY, Interior trim components.
