HEATER FAN SWITCH

Service repair no - 80.10.22

Remove

  1. Remove front console. See BODY, Interior trim components.
Heater fan switch – Remove front console. See BODY, Interior trim components.
  1. Remove 4 screws securing heater control unit to fascia and position control unit aside.
Heater fan switch – Remove 4 screws securing heater control unit to fascia and position control unit aside.
  1. Disconnect multiplug from control unit.
  2. Remove 3 knobs from control assembly.
Heater fan switch – Remove 3 knobs from control assembly.
  1. Remove 2 screws securing illumination housing to assembly and remove housing.
Heater fan switch – Remove 2 screws securing illumination housing to assembly and remove housing.
  1. Remove 2 screws securing fan switch to assembly.
  2. Remove switch.

Refit

  1. Position switch to assembly and secure with screws.
  2. Position illumination housing to assembly and secure with screws.
  3. Fit control knobs.
  4. Connect multiplug.
  5. Position control unit to fascia and secure with screws.
  6. Fit front console. See BODY, Interior trim components.
