7. Remove plug from rear of pump.
8. Remove and discard sealing washer.

9. Fit tool 18G 1552 to pump.
10. Fit dial gauge to tool 18G 1552 and tighten clamp.
11. Turn crankshaft anti-clockwise until dial gauge needle stops moving.
12. Zero gauge.
13. Turn crankshaft clockwise until pulley is aligned with TDC mark and check reading on gauge. Injection pump setting = 0.58 - 0.62 mm.
