Service Repair No. 76.81.01

Note: The following equipment is required:
Cutting wire and handles.
Windscreen repair kit.
Sealer applicator gun.
Suction cup lifters.
Leak test equipment.

Remove

  1. Remove luggage compartment lid, see BODY – Repairs.
  2. Remove rear window shelf.
  3. Remove both rear quarter finishers.
  4. Disconnect 2 leads from heated rear window.

  1. Detach 5 clips each side and remove 2 side mouldings.
  2. Remove joint clip, detach 6 clips each side and remove 2 upper mouldings.

  1. Remove lower moulding cover retained by 6 clips.
  2. Remove 3 screws and detach 2 clips each side, remove lower mouldings and joint clip.
  3. Remove 2 stopper brackets.
  4. Release rear finisher to allow headlining to be lowered away from window.

  1. Fit protective tape, to body above and below glass and to rear quarter glass.
