  1. Slacken 2 bolts securing support stays to cylinder block.

  1. Slacken clip, disconnect purge hose from inlet manifold.
  2. Disconnect multiplug from throttle potentiometer.
  3. Disconnect multiplug from stepper motor.
  4. Release throttle cable from clip.
  5. Release throttle cable adjusting nut from abutment bracket.
  6. Release throttle cable from cam.
  7. Depress plastic collar to release quick fit connector and disconnect brake servo hose from inlet manifold.
  8. Disconnect ECU vacuum pipe from inlet manifold.

  1. Release clip, disconnect fuel return hose from fuel rail.

CAUTION: Plug the connections.

  1. Release fuel return hose from clips.
  2. Slacken clip, disconnect coolant hose from inlet manifold.
