Removing

- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Op. 1048A23 COLD AIR INTAKE FOR AIR FILTER - R.R

Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R.

1. Release the electrical wiring for the built-in throttle body actuator from the retaining clips.

2. Release the electrical coupling for the injector wiring from the support bracket on the throttle body.

3. Disconnect the electrical connection for the built-in throttle body actuator.

1. Release fuel vapour recovery pipe (1a) and the fuel filler pipe to injectors (1b) from the associated retaining clips.

2. Withdraw the vacuum pipe from the retaining clip.

1. Undo the retaining bolts.

2. Remove the support bracket from the throttle body.

3. Remove the throttle body.

Refitting

- Place the throttle body and support bracket in position.

- Tighten the bolts securing the throttle body.

- Attach the fuel vapour recovery pipe and the fuel filler pipe to the injectors to the associated retaining clips.

- Position the vacuum pipe to the retaining clip.

1. Connect the electrical connection for the built-in throttle body actuator.

2. Attach the electrical coupling for the injector wiring from the support bracket on the throttle body.

3. Attach the electrical wiring for the built-in throttle body actuator to the retaining clips.

- Connect the negative battery terminal.

Removing

- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Op. 1048A32 HOSE FROM AIR FILTER TO INTAKE MANIFOLD - R + R

Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R.

1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the integrated throttle casing actuator.

2. Undo the fixing bolts (2a) and remove the throttle casing (2b).

Refitting

1. Place the integrated throttle body (1a) in position and tighten the fixing bolts (1b).

2. Connect the electrical connection for the integrated throttle casing actuator.

- Connect the negative battery terminal.
