1. Fog light bulbs fault

1. Replace fog light bulbs

Connect the Examiner and check the following at the Body Computer Node:

• that there is no fault
• the plausibility of the fog lights/rear fog lights on/off parameter

1. Presence of dipped headlights relay fault

2. The fog lights/rear fog lights do not come on

3. The fog lights/rear fog lights come on

1. Continue following the instructions for the diagnostic equipment

2. Move on to Step 4

3. Move on to Step 3

Check the continuity of the wiring between the button and the Body Computer

Check that the fog lights/rear fog lights control button is working

Check the continuity of the wiring between the Body Computer and the engine compartment control unit

Check the continuity of the wiring between the engine compartment control unit and the fog lights

Check the continuity of the wiring between the Body Computer and the rear fog lights

Check the condition of the engine compartment control unit

Check that the fog light relay is working properly

1. Wiring interrupted

2. Fog light relay defective

3. Engine compartment control unit defective

1.Renew the correct wiring.

2.Replace relay

3.Replace the engine compartment junction unit
