SUN ROOF MOTOR NOISY

1	CHECK THE CORRECT FASTENING OF THE ELECTRIC MOTOR	ALL OK	PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED	ACTION
	Check that the bolts fixing the motor are correctly tightened	Move on to Step 2	Incorrect tightness of bolts.	Restore the correct fastening with a torque of 2.3 +/- 0.6 Nm.
2	CHECK THE CORRECT OPERATION OF THE SUNROOF MOTOR	ALL OK	PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED	ACTION
	Check the operation of the sunroof operating motor: In particular, check: engine pinion condition; control rack condition.	End of diagnosis	Faults in motor components.	Move the sunroof to closed position and remove the motor. Refit a new motor in the same position, ensuring that the mechanisms have not moved out of alignment. Replace the motor.
