  1. Remove nut securing top hose clip to bracket.
  2. Release clip and move top hose aside.
  3. Remove bolt securing air conditioning pipe clip to PAS pump pulley shield.
  4. Remove 1 and loosen 2 bolts securing PAS pump pulley shield and remove shield.

  1. Fit lifting eye to PAS pump bracket.
  2. Attach lifting hoist to lifting eye and take weight of power unit without exerting load on mountings.

  1. Remove engine RH mounting through bolt and collect special nut.
  2. Raise engine approximately 50 mm.

  1. Remove bolt securing ancillary belt jockey pulley.

NOTE: LH thread.

  1. Remove pulley.
