Refit

Belt reel assembly

1. Guide seat belt through rear shelf aperture and position seat belt reel.
2. Tighten belt reel securing bolt to 32 Nm.
3. Fit seat belt reel cover.
4. Guide seat belt through seat squab latch bracket trim and fit trim over bracket.
5. Fit seat belt guide and tighten screw to 10 Nm.
6. Position seat belt over guide and fit belt guide cover.
7. Fit rear shelf trim.
8. Fit and tighten seat belt lower anchorage bolts to 32 Nm.
9. Refit rear seat cushion and squabs.

Stalk assembly

10. Position seat belt stalk and tighten securing bolt to 32 Nm.
11. Refit rear seat cushion and squabs.

REAR SEAT BELT – TOURER

Service Repair No. 76.73.23

Remove

1. Remove 'D' post lower trim finisher, see 'D Post lower trim finisher – Tourer.
2. Remove luggage compartment cover mounting panel, see Luggage compartment cover mounting panel – Tourer.

3. Remove lower bolt, belt reel to body.
4. Slacken upper bolt, belt reel to body.
5. Remove seat belt assembly.

Refit

1. Fit seat belt assembly.
2. Position lower belt reel fixing, fit and tighten bolt to 32 Nm.
3. Tighten upper belt reel bolt.
4. Fit luggage compartment cover mounting panel, see Luggage compartment cover mounting panel – Tourer.
5. Refit 'D' post lower trim finisher, see 'D Post lower trim finisher – Tourer.
