  1. Remove 6 screws securing 'D' post lower finisher and release finisher.

  1. Remove 2 bolts, reel to body.
  2. Remove belt guide cover and remove reel and belt assembly.

Seat belt buckle

  1. Remove bolt, seat belt buckle to floor.
  2. Remove seat belt buckle.

Note position of centre belt buckle or belt.

Refit

Seat belt buckle

  1. Position seat belt buckles or buckle and belt, fit bolt and tighten to 32 Nm.

Reel and belt

  1. Position belt reel to body and fit bolts, tighten top to 9 Nm and bottom to 32 Nm.
  2. Position 'D' post lower finisher, fit and tighten screws.
  3. Fit rear seat catch striker rubber.
  4. Fit belt guide bracket, tighten bolts to 32 Nm.
  5. Position belt guide cover on belt and fit cover to bracket.
  6. Fit belt to lower anchorage point, tighten bolt to 32 Nm.
  7. Fit lower anchorage bolt cover.
  8. Refit luggage compartment side valance carpet.
  9. Fold rear seat cushion into its up position. Check that the seat catches have engaged properly.
  10. Refit rear window tray tray.
