COOLANT TEMPERATURE TRANSMITTER – 2.0

Service Repair No. 88.25.32

Remove

  1. Disconnect lead from coolant temperature transmitter.
  2. Position drain tray beneath thermostat housing.
  3. Remove coolant temperature transmitter.

Refit

  1. Clean threads of coolant temperature transmitter.
  2. Fit coolant temperature transmitter and tighten to 14 Nm.
  3. Connect lead to coolant temperature transmitter.
  4. Top – up cooling system, see MAINTENANCE.

SPEEDOMETER CABLE ASSEMBLY – LOWER – 1.4

Service Repair No. 88.30.09

Remove

  1. Raise front of vehicle.
    WARNING: Support on safety stands.

  1. Remove cable rubber securing pin from gearbox.
  2. Release cable from gearbox.

  1. Remove 'O' rings from cable.
