Refer to Front Compartment Insulator Replacement . 1 Catalytic Converter Nut (Qty: 2) Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 22 N·m (16 lb ft) 2 Catalytic Converter Brace Bracket Bolt Tighten 50 N·m (37 lb ft) 3 Exhaust Front Pipe Nut (Qty: 2) Tighten 17 N·m (13 lb ft) 4 Exhaust Front Pipe Hanger Insulator Nut (Qty: 2) Tighten 22 N·m (16 lb ft) 5 Exhaust Front Pipe Hanger Bracket Bolt M8 (Qty: 2)  Tighten 22 N·m (16 lb ft) 6 Exhaust Front Pipe Hanger Bracket Bolt M10 (Qty: 2) Caution: Refer to Torque-to-Yield Fastener Caution . Procedure Install NEW bolts, do NOT reuse old bolts. Tighten 60 N·m (44 lb ft) + 30° - 45° 7 Exhaust Front Pipe Procedure Install NEW front exhaust front pipe gasket. 8 Exhaust Front Pipe Gasket to Exhaust Rear Muffler
