Removing

1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the clutch pedal switch.

2. Press the brake pedal, turn clockwise and remove the switch from the pedal unit mount.

Refitting

If a new clutch pedal switch supplied by the Parts. Dept is fitted, no adjustment of the rod travel is necessary.

If the original clutch pedal switch is refitted, the rod travel must be adjusted, taking it to maximum extension as shown in the diagram.

When removing the rod, take care not to damage the internal teeth.

- Press the clutch pedal, engage the switch in its splining and lock it by turning anticlockwise until it clicks into place in the retaining tooth.

- Release the clutch pedal.

- Connect the electrical connection for the clutch pedal switch.
