Op. 1032D26 TIMING SYSTEM FRONT PROTECTIVE COVER (UPPER PART) - R.R.

Op. 1032B10 TOOTHED TIMING BELT - R + R FOR TIMING ADJUSTMENT OR REPLACEMENT

- Unscrew the bolts securing the engine coolant reservoir and move it aside.

1. Lock the rotation of the pressure pump drive pulley using two bolts.

2. Undo the pressure pump drive pulley nut.

- Undo the two bolts for locking the rotation of the pressure pump drive pulley fitted previously.

1. Remove pressure pump drive pulley (1a) using tool (1b).

- Remove the key.

Refitting

- Place the key back in its housing.

- Place the pressure pump drive pulley back in its housing.

- Lock the rotation of the pressure pump drive pulley using two bolts.

- Tighten the nut fixing the pressure pump drive pulley to the recommended torque.

- Undo the two bolts for locking the rotation of the pressure pump drive pulley fitted previously.

- Fit the engine coolant reservoir in place and secure it using the bolts.

Removing

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

Op. 1092G14 ENGINE COMPONENT SINGLE BELT MOVING TENSIONER - R + R

Op. 1092G20 ENGINE COMPONENT SINGLE BELT FIXED TENSIONER - R + R

Op. 1032D12 TIMING SYSTEM PROTECTIVE COVER(S) - R + R

Op. 1032B10 TOOTHED TIMING BELT - R + R FOR TIMING ADJUSTMENT OR REPLACEMENT

- Move the engine coolant reservoir to one side without disconnecting the engine coolant pipe.

1. Tighten the two bolts securing the pressure pump pulley.

2. Undo the nut fixing the pressure pump pulley to the pump shaft.

- Remove the two bolts securing the pulley positioned previously.

1. Position the pulley extractor.

2. Acting on extractor bolt hexagonal head (2a), release pulley (2b) from the tapered housing in the pressure pump drive shaft, then remove the pulley.

Refitting

1. Fit the pressure pump pulley on the pump drive shaft.

2. Fit the two pulley rotation lock bolts.

3. Tighten the nut fixing the pressure pump pulley to torque.

- Remove the two pulley lock bolts.

- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
