Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R.

Op. 1048B27 RIGID PIPE FOR AIR INLET TO THROTTLE BODY - R R

1. Undo the bolts fixing the E.G.R. solenoid exhaust gas outlet hose, E.G.R. solenoid side.

2. Undo bolts (2a) and remove throttle body (2b), having disconnected electrical connection (2c).

- Remove the gasket.

- Working at the bench, undo the bolts and separate the throttle body from the E.G.R. solenoid valve exhaust gas outlet hose.

Refitting

- Fit the throttle body to the E.G.R. solenoid exhaust gas outlet and secure using the bolts.

- Place the gasket back in its housing.

- Connect the electrical connection to the throttle body, then place it back in its housing and secure it by tightening the bolts to the recommended torque.

- Tighten the bolts fixing the exhaust gas outlet hose from the E.G.R. solenoid valve, E.G.R. solenoid valve side.

1. Disconnect the vacuum pipe to the air valve on the throttle body.

2. Undo bolts (2a) and remove electro-pneumatically operated throttle body (2b) complete with gasket (2c).

Refitting

- Refit the electro-pneumatically operated throttle body complete with gasket back in its housing and secure it by tightening the bolts to the recommended torque.

- Connect the vacuum pipe for the air valve on the throttle body.
