Removing
- 5530B56 BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R.
Disconnect the battery negative terminal.
1. Disconnect the water temperature sensor electrical connection.

2. Undo the thermostat water temperatur sensor and remove.
Removing
- 1016A10 sound-proofing cover - r + r.
Disconnect the battery negative terminal.

1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the engine coolant temperature sensor.

2. Undo and remove the engine coolant temperature sensor.
Refitting
Tighten the coolant temperature sensor into the threaded seat on the thermostat.

Connect the electrical connector.

Refitting
Fit the coolant temperature sensor into its seat on the thermostat and tighten to the specified torque.
Connect the electrical connection to the engine coolant temperature sensor.
