  1. Align pitot chamber to fluid pump drive, fit new bolts and tighten to 10 Nm.
  2. Fit primary cover to gearbox.
  3. Fit primary cover bolts and brackets and tighten to 10 Nm.
  4. Fit road wheel(s) and tighten nuts to correct torque. See INFORMATION, General data.
  5. Fit air cleaner. See ENGINE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM - MEMS, Repairs.
  6. Remove stand(s) and lower vehicle.
  7. Top-up gearbox fluid level. See MAINTENANCE.

Service repair no - 44.20.33

Remove

  1. Remove LH engine mounting See ENGINE, Repairs.
Secondary cover seals – Remove LH engine mounting See ENGINE, Repairs.
  1. Remove 4 bolts securing LH buttress and manoeuvre buttress to access secondary cover.
Secondary cover seals – Remove 4 bolts securing LH buttress and manoeuvre buttress to access secondary cover.
  1. Remove 4 bolts securing secondary cover to gearbox.
  2. Remove secondary cover.
