Engine and gearbox without air conditioning (page 6 of 10)

59. Depress plastic collar on quick release connector and disconnect brake servo vacuum hose from inlet manifold.
60. Release throttle cable from 3 clips.
61. Loosen clip and disconnect expansion tank hose from inlet manifold.

62. Release clip and disconnect hose from heater temperature control valve.
63. Release clip and disconnect hose from heater.

64. Remove 2 bolts securing coolant expansion tank to body.
65. Release coolant expansion tank from body.
66. Loosen clip and disconnect coolant feed hose from coolant expansion tank.
67. Release coolant hose from clip on body.
68. Position container to catch fluid loss from power steering pump.

69. Release clip securing fluid inlet hose to power steering pump.
70. Disconnect fluid inlet hose from power steering pump.
71. Remove bolt securing fluid outlet hose clamp to bracket.
72. Loosen union and disconnect fluid outlet hose from power steering pump.

CAUTION: To prevent damage to pipes and components use two spanners when loosening or tightening unions.
