  1. Release expansion tank hose from clip on engine LH mounting.

  1. Loosen clip and disconnect coolant hose from engine coolant rail.
  2. Loosen clip and disconnect radiator bottom hose from coolant rail.

  1. Loosen clip and disconnect radiator top hose from thermostat housing.
  2. Loosen clip and disconnect expansion tank return pipe from thermostat housing.
Loosen clip and disconnect expansion tank return pipe from thermostat housing.
  1. Release clip securing PAS fluid feed hose to reservoir and release hose.

CAUTION: Plug the connections.
