  1. Remove forward tensioner spring from culisse.
Remove forward tensioner spring from culisse.
  1. Remove ’E’ clip from cable retaining pin.
  2. Remove cable retaining pin.
  3. Remove cable from culisse.

Refit

  1. Clean contaminated lubricant from culisse and associated components. Assemble using Isoflex L32 grease.
  2. Fit cable to culisse, fit retaining pin and secure pin with ’E’ clip.
  3. Fit forward tensioner spring to culisse.
  4. Fit culisse rear support to spring.
Fit culisse rear support to spring.
  1. Fit culisse and cable to frame with spacer fitted between culisse and rear support.

NOTE: Fit spacer with open end to LH side of sunroof.
