INTEGRATED CIRCUIT UNIT (ICU)

Service repair no - 86.55.93

Remove

  1. Disconnect battery earth lead.
Integrated circuit unit (icu) – Disconnect battery earth lead.
  1. Open passenger door and release carpet from footwell for access to ECM mounting bracket.
  2. Remove 4 nuts and release ECM mounting bracket from floor.
  3. Release ICU from mounting bracket.
  4. Disconnect 2 multiplugs from ICU.

Refit

  1. Connect 2 multiplugs to ICU.
  2. Fit ICU to ECM mounting bracket.
  3. Fit mounting bracket to studs and fit 4 nuts.
  4. Fit carpet to footwell.
  5. Fit carpet to floor.
  6. Connect battery earth lead.

ALARM RECEIVER

Service repair no - 86.77.31

  1. Remove rear console. See REPAIR MANUAL - Body, Interior Trim Components.
Alarm receiver – Remove rear console. See REPAIR MANUAL - Body, Interior Trim Components.
  1. Disconnect multiplug from receiver.
  2. Remove receiver.

Refit

  1. Fit receiver.
  2. Connect multiplug.
  3. Fit rear console. See REPAIR MANUAL - Body, Interior Trim Components.
