HEADLAMP

Service repair no - 86.40.49

Remove

  1. Remove front bumper. See REPAIR MANUAL - Body.
Headlamp – Remove front bumper. See REPAIR MANUAL - Body.
  1. Remove 4 bolts and release headlamp from front panel.

  1. Disconnect 3 multiplugs from headlamp.
  2. Remove headlamp. Do not carry out further dismantling if component is removed for access only.

  1. Rotate adjuster anti-clockwise to release from rear of lamp. Disconnect link and remove adjuster

Refit

  1. Engage link and secure adjuster to headlamp.
  2. Fit headlamp and connect multiplugs.
  3. Align headlamp to front panel and secure with bolts.
  4. Fit front bumper. See REPAIR MANUAL - Body.
  5. Adjust headlamps. See REPAIR MANUAL - Electrical.
