AUXILIARY DRIVE BELT TENSIONER - ’L’ SERIES

Service repair no - 86.10.06

Remove

  1. Remove auxiliary drive belt. See this section.
Auxiliary drive belt tensioner - ’l’ series – Remove auxiliary drive belt. See this section.
  1. Remove bolt securing tensioner to cylinder block.
  2. Remove drive belt tensioner.

Refit

  1. Clean tensioner and mating face.
  2. Fit tensioner, locate on dowel and tighten retaining bolt to 45 Nm.
  3. Fit drive belt. See this section.

REAR FOG GUARD LAMP RELAY

Service repair no - 86.55.53

Remove

  1. Remove dashboard lower cover. See REPAIR MANUAL - Body, Interior Trim Components.
Rear fog guard lamp relay – Remove dashboard lower cover. See REPAIR MANUAL - Body, Interior Trim Components.
  1. Remove bolt securing relay to fascia.
  2. Disconnect multiplug and remove lamp relay.

Refit

  1. Fit relay and connect multiplug.
  2. Fit bolt to secure relay.
  3. Fit dashboard lower cover. See REPAIR MANUAL - Body, Interior Trim Components.
