CAUTION: Plug the connections. (page 2 of 2)

31. Disconnect hose from fuel cut off valve.
32. Remove 6 nuts securing fuel pick up unit to tank.
33. Remove pick up and breather pipes as an assembly.
34. Remove seal.

35. Release clip and remove breather hose from fuel tank.
36. Release clip and remove filler hose from fuel tank.

37. Rotate fuel cut off valve 90°anti-clockwise and remove.
38. Remove cut off valve seal.
39. Fit plugs to tank.

Refit

1. Remove pads from old tank, apply adhesive and fit pads to new tank.
2. Ensure mating face of fuel cut of valve and fuel tank are clean.
3. Fit new seal and fit cut off valve. Rotate valve clockwise to lock in position.
4. Fit filler and breather hoses to tank and secure with clips.
5. Ensure mating face of fuel pick up unit and tank are clean.
