WELDING THE SPARE - INNER PANEL

  1. Seam weld using a MIG welder.
  2. Fill weld, using an MIG welder.
  3. Spot weld, as illustrated.

PREPARING THE SPARE - OUTER PANEL

  • Clean the perimeter of the outer panel and the areas involved in welding, using a rotary brush.
  • Apply electro-galvanizing paint on the areas involved by spot welding.
