EVAPORATIVE EMISSION CANNISTER

Service repair no - 17.15.13

Remove

  1. Disconnect battery earth lead.
  2. Remove engine compartment access panel. See BODY, Exterior fittings.
Evaporative emission cannister – Remove engine compartment access panel. See BODY, Exterior fittings.
  1. Release clip and disconnect hose from inlet manifold.
Evaporative emission cannister – Release clip and disconnect hose from inlet manifold.
  1. Release and disconnect feed hose.
  2. Disconnect multiplug from purge valve.
  3. Release EVAP cannister from support bracket and remove EVAP cannister.

Refit

  1. Position EVAP cannister and secure in support bracket.
  2. Connect hose to inlet manifold and secure with clip.
  3. Connect feed hose.
  4. Connect multiplug to purge valve.
  5. Fit engine compartment access panel. See ENGINE, Repairs.
  6. Connect battery earth lead.
