  1. Disconnect multiplug from HO2S.
  2. Disconnect front pipe from manifold. See MANIFOLD & EXHAUST SYSTEMS, Repairs.

  1. Release throttle cable adjusting nut from abutment bracket.
  2. Disconnect throttle cable from throttle cam.
  3. Remove evaporative emission canister. See EMISSION CONTROL, Repairs.

  1. Depress collar and release brake servo vacuum hose from inlet manifold.
  2. Release ECM vacuum pipe from inlet manifold.
  3. Loosen clip and disconnect coolant hose from inlet manifold.
  4. Loosen clip and disconnect hose from thermostat housing.
