Air cleaner element

AIR CLEANER ELEMENT

Service repair no - 19.10.10

Remove

1. Release throttle cable from 2 clips on air cleaner.
2. Release 2 clips securing MAF sensor to air cleaner.
3. Release 4 clips retaining air cleaner cover.
4. Remove air cleaner top cover.
5. Remove and discard air cleaner element.

Refit

1. Clean inside of air cleaner unit.
2. Fit air cleaner element into air cleaner unit.
3. Fit air cleaner top cover casing and secure 4 clips.
4. Align air cleaner unit with MAF sensor and secure 2 clips.
5. Secure throttle cable to clips on air cleaner.

THROTTLE CABLE - WITHOUT INTERCOOLER

Service repair no - 19.20.06

Remove

RHD models only

1. Remove 2 bolts securing expansion tank to body.
2. Release expansion tank from body and position aside.

All models.

3. Remove engine acoustic cover. See BODY, Exterior fittings.

4. Release cable from clips on air cleaner, ECM bracket and mounting bracket on body.
