INTERCOOLER

Service repair no - 19.42.15

Remove

  1. Remove underbelly panel. See BODY, Exterior fittings.
  2. Remove air cleaner. See this section.
Intercooler – Remove air cleaner. See this section.
  1. Remove 2 bolts securing radiator closing panel to bonnet platform.
  2. Remove closing panel.
  3. Slacken clip and disconnect top hose from intercooler.
  4. Slacken clip and disconnect bottom hose from intercooler.
Intercooler – Slacken clip and disconnect bottom hose from intercooler.
  1. Remove lower nut and Torx screw securing intercooler to radiator.
  2. Remove upper nut and Torx screw securing intercooler to radiator.
  3. Release and remove intercooler.

Refit

  1. Align intercooler to radiator.
  2. Fit upper and lower nuts and Torx screws and tighten.
  3. Connect bottom hose to intercooler and tighten clip.
  4. Connect top hose to intercooler and tighten clip.
  5. Fit radiator closing panel to bonnet platform.
  6. Fit air cleaner. See this section.
  7. Fit underbelly panel. See BODY, Exterior fittings.
