  1. Slacken clip and disconnect coolant hose from radiator inlet pipe.
  2. Disconnect radiator high temperature sensor multiplug.
  3. Disconnect 2 lucars from radiator low temperature sensor.
  4. Disconnect multiplug from alternator.
  5. Release cover and remove nut securing lead to alternator.
  6. Release harness from 2 clips on RH cooling fan cowl.
  7. Remove bolt securing air conditioning pipe to bonnet lock platform.
Remove bolt securing air conditioning pipe to bonnet lock platform.
  1. Remove 4 bolts securing radiator top mounting brackets to bonnet platform.
  2. Remove 2 mounting brackets.
Remove 2 mounting brackets.
  1. Remove 4 bolts securing condenser to radiator.
Remove 4 bolts securing condenser to radiator.
  1. Remove 2 Tx40 Torx bolts and nuts securing intercooler to radiator.
  2. Using assistance, manoeuvre radiator and intercooler from engine compartment.
