DIFFERENTIAL OIL SEAL

Service repair no - 54.10.18

  1. Remove drive shaft. See DRIVE SHAFTS, Repairs.
  2. Clean area around oil seal.
Differential oil seal – Clean area around oil seal.
  1. Carefully prise seal out of housing.

Refit

  1. Thoroughly clean oil seal recess.
Differential oil seal – Thoroughly clean oil seal recess.
  1. Fit new seal using tool 18G 1352 with adapter 18G 1752.
  2. Fit drive shaft. See DRIVE SHAFTS, Repairs.
