Refit

  1. Position cooling fan housing and secure on radiator studs. Fit and tighten nuts to 6 Nm.
  2. Position bonnet support platform, fit and tighten screws to 25 Nm.
  3. Fit screw and nut securing bonnet safety catch and tighten to 6 Nm.
  4. Position top hose support clip and tighten screw.
  5. Connect multiplug to radiator cooling fan.

RADIATOR

Remove

  1. Drain cooling system, See Adjustments.

Air Conditioning

Air conditioning – Drain cooling system, See Adjustments.
  1. Remove 2 nuts securing condenser mountings to bonnet support platform.
  2. Remove bolt securing air conditioning pipe bracket to bonnet support platform.
  3. Disconnect multiplug from condenser cooling fan.
