Cylinder Head Assemble Special Tools •  EN-835-A   Installer •  EN-840   Pliers / Remover •  EN 6086   Spring And Wedge Replacer Kit •  EN-6167   Support Set •  EN-6215   Mounting Equipment For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools . Note:  Lubricate the valve guides and the valve stems with engine oil. Note:  Examine that the valves will be installed in their original position. 1. Install the 16 valves to the cylinder head.            2. Install the EN-6167-1   braces (1) in order to support the valves.            3. Fix the EN-6167-1   braces with the EN-6167-2   bolts (2) along with the EN-6167-2   special nuts (3). Note:  Examine that the valve spring retainers will be installed in their original position. 4. Install the 16 lower valve spring retainers.            5. Install the NEW 16 valve stem oil seals (1). Use EN-835-A   installer (2) to push down the valve stem oil seals. Note:  Examine that the valve springs and the valve spring retainers will be installed in their original position. 6. Install the 16 valve springs and the 16 upper valve spring retainers.            7. Install the EN-6215-4   handle (1) to the EN-6215-1   mounting table .            Note:  A wrong combination of mounting piece and plunger can cause damage to the plunger or the valve keys. 8. Prepare the EN-6086-100-1   mounting piece for the valve key installation. The mounting piece must be assembled in the following order:   8.1 Support (6)   8.2 Bushing (5)   8.3 Spring (4)   8.4 EN-6086-100-10   plunger (3)   8.5 Screw connection (2)   8.6 Lever adapter (1)            9. Install the valve keys (1) to the mounting piece (2) as shown and fix them with the bushing.            10. Install the EN-6086-7   lever (2) along with the lever adapter (3) and the mounting piece (4) to the handle (1). 11. Push the mounting piece slightly down until the valve keys are engaged in evidence. 12. Repeat the procedure on the remaining 15 valves. 13. Remove the cylinder head from the EN-6215-1   mounting table .
