Refit
- Manoeuvre evaporator into place.
- Fit and tighten nuts and screws.
- Connect drain tube.
- Connect thermistor multiplug.
- Fit fascia assembly. See BODY, Repairs.
- Clean pipe connections.
- Lubricate NEW ’O’ rings with clean refrigerant oil.
- Remove plugs from pipes and fit ’O’ rings.
- Connect pipes to evaporator and tighten unions to 25 Nm.
CAUTION: Use backing spanner.
- Replace receiver drier. See this section.
- Recharge air conditioning system. See Adjustments.
