Service Repair No. Bonnet release cable 76.16.29

Remove

  1. Open bonnet, mark position of lock.

  1. Remove 3 bolts, bonnet lock to body.
  2. Disconnect release cable and remove bonnet lock.

  1. Remove 3 screws and mud flap.
  2. Remove 4 screws, bumper to wheel arch liner.
  3. Release 6 screws and clips, wheel arch liner to body.
  4. Remove front wheel arch liner, driver's side.

  1. Release 3 clips securing cable to bonnet. lock platform and remove clips from cable.

  1. Release 2 clips securing cable, under wing and remove clips.
  2. Pull cable through to under wing.

  1. Remove 2 bolts, release handle bracket to 'A' post bracket.
