  1. Release hose from spiral ties, body tags and self adhesive tape.

  1. Release turn buckle from hood ram inspection cover and remove cover.
  2. Place a cloth beneath ram union to catch any spillage.

  1. Disconnect ram union and remove hose from vehicle.

Bottom hose to R.H. ram

  1. Disconnect multiplug from hood motor fly – lead.
  2. Remove pump fixing bolts and place pump assembly in drip tray.
  3. Collect rubber bushes and steel inserts from pump mounting brackets.

  1. Keeping pump assembly upright, disconnect hose from pump and plug union and hose.

CAUTION: Place end of hose in drip tray to catch any seepage.
