Intake Camshaft Replacement Special Tools EN-46781   Fixing Tool For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools . Removal Procedure 1. Remove the camshaft housing cover gasket. Refer to Camshaft Housing Cover Gasket Replacement . 2. Remove the vacuum pump. Refer to Vacuum Pump Removal .            3. Remove the exhaust cylinder head core hole plug (2) from camshaft housing (1). 4. Remove the intake cylinder head core hole plug (3) from camshaft housing (1). 5. Clean the threads from cylinder head core hole plugs and camshaft housing.            6. Mark (arrow) at the EN-46781   fixing tool (1).            Note:  EN-46781   fixing tools (1) must be installed in horizontal position. 7. Install the 2 EN-46781   fixing tools (1) onto the exhaust side and intake side.            8. Remove the intake camshaft sprocket bolt (1). 9. Remove the intake camshaft sprocket (2). 10. Remove the EN-46781   fixing tool from the intake side. 11. Remove the intake camshaft (3). Installation Procedure            Note:  Clean the contact surfaces from camshaft , camshaft sprocket and camshaft sprocket bolt Coat camshaft bearing surfaces with engine oil. 1. Install the intake camshaft (3). 2. Install the EN-46781   fixing tool on the intake side. 3. Install the intake camshaft sprocket (2). Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution . 4. Install the intake camshaft sprocket bolt (1) and tighten to 150 N·m (111 lb ft) . 5. Remove the EN-46781   fixing tool from the exhaust side.            6. Install the exhaust cylinder head core hole plug (2) to the camshaft housing (1). 7. Install the vacuum pump. Refer to Vacuum Pump Installation . 8. Install the camshaft housing cover gasket. Refer to Camshaft Housing Cover Gasket Replacement .
